目的：探讨极低出生体重儿早期微量胃肠喂养最佳间隔时间，提高喂养的耐受性。方法将70例极低出生体重儿随机分为3组，以1 m l为起始剂量，A组23例间隔6 h、B组23例间隔4 h、C组24例间隔2 h喂养1次，逐渐增加奶量至150～1601 ml/（kg · d ），达到全胃肠喂养。结果 A、B、C 三组婴儿恢复出生体重的时间、喂养不耐受发生的次数差异有极显著意义（P＜0．05），尤其是A组与C组的差异有显著意义（P＜0．01）；肠外营养天数、住院天数差异无显著意义（P＞0．05）。结论以1 ml、间隔6 h启动极低出生体重儿胃肠内营养，能减少喂养不耐受的发生，降低并发症，是早产极低出生体重儿较理想的喂养方式。
목적：탐토겁저출생체중인조기미량위장위양최가간격시간，제고위양적내수성。방법장70례겁저출생체중인수궤분위3조，이1 m l위기시제량，A조23례간격6 h、B조23례간격4 h、C조24례간격2 h위양1차，축점증가내량지150～1601 ml/（kg · d ），체도전위장위양。결과 A、B、C 삼조영인회복출생체중적시간、위양불내수발생적차수차이유겁현저의의（P＜0．05），우기시A조여C조적차이유현저의의（P＜0．01）；장외영양천수、주원천수차이무현저의의（P＞0．05）。결론이1 ml、간격6 h계동겁저출생체중인위장내영양，능감소위양불내수적발생，강저병발증，시조산겁저출생체중인교이상적위양방식。
Objective To study the best early minimal enteral feeding interval time for the very low birth weight infants (VLBWI) ,and to improve the feeding tolerance .Method 70 cases of VLBWI were randomly divided into three groups .Group A feeding interval was 6 hours ,group B feeding interval was 4 hours and group C feeding in-terval was 2 hours .To achieve full enteral feeding ,with initial dose of 1 ml ,gradually increasing the milk dose to 150~160 ml (kg · d) .Result There were statistical differences in regain birth weight time and occurrences of feed-ing intolerance in the group A ,group B and group C(P<0 .05) ,and the differences between group A and group C were statistical significant .In the three groups ,there was no significant difference in the number of days of paren-teral nutrition and hospitalization (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Initial dose of 1 ml ,6 hour intervals begin enteral nutrition for VLBWI can reduce the incidence of feeding intolerance ,reduce complications .It was an ideal way for feeding VLBWI .
