采用紫外可见分光光度法探讨了不同钙指示剂体系的稳定性。结果发现,常用固体钙指示剂与钙指示剂的乙醇溶液稳定性差,向钙指示剂的乙醇溶液中加入一定量的三乙醇胺或盐酸羟胺,使钙指示剂稳定性增加,再加入表面活性剂吐温-80使钙指示剂的稳定性进一步提高。将其应用于钙含量的测定,指示终点变色敏锐,精密度和回收率高,有利于分析工作的进行。
採用紫外可見分光光度法探討瞭不同鈣指示劑體繫的穩定性。結果髮現,常用固體鈣指示劑與鈣指示劑的乙醇溶液穩定性差,嚮鈣指示劑的乙醇溶液中加入一定量的三乙醇胺或鹽痠羥胺,使鈣指示劑穩定性增加,再加入錶麵活性劑吐溫-80使鈣指示劑的穩定性進一步提高。將其應用于鈣含量的測定,指示終點變色敏銳,精密度和迴收率高,有利于分析工作的進行。

The stability of different calconcarboxylic acid system was investigated by UV -visible spectrophotometry.The results found that the common solid calconcarboxylic acid and calconcarboxylic acid in ethanol solution had poor stability.The stability was improved when triethanolamine or hydroxylamine hydrochloride was added into calconcarboxylic acid solution.And the stability was further enhanced when the surfactant Tween -80 was added.The indicator was applied to determination of calcium.The sharp color changed at end point , with high precision and recovery.It was conductive to carry out the analytical work.
