通过测量孔雀石绿在十二烷基硫酸钠水溶液紫外吸收光谱,我们发现在孔雀石绿与SDS之间存在着一种相互缔合的作用。通过建立适当热力学模型,测量孔雀石绿在一系列SDS水溶液中的吸光度,得到了孔雀石绿与SDS在水溶液缔合平衡常数K和热力学参数Δr Gm。
通過測量孔雀石綠在十二烷基硫痠鈉水溶液紫外吸收光譜,我們髮現在孔雀石綠與SDS之間存在著一種相互締閤的作用。通過建立適噹熱力學模型,測量孔雀石綠在一繫列SDS水溶液中的吸光度,得到瞭孔雀石綠與SDS在水溶液締閤平衡常數K和熱力學參數Δr Gm。

The absorption spectrum of malachite green ( MG) in series of aqueous solutions with surfactant SDS was determined by the UV -Vis spectrophotometer.There was association interaction existed between the MG with cationic surfactant SDS in aqueous solutions , which resulted in obvious fading of MG.The thermodynamics model of association between MG with SDS was established , and the association equilibrium constant and thermodynamic parameters Δr Gm in aqueous solution was determined.
