发耳电厂年排灰量3×106 t,排出的粉煤灰直接堆放,利用率为零,对环境造成严重污染。该电厂粉煤灰具有硅含量高、铁含量高、烧失量大、粒度不均匀、质量差、难以利用,但含有铝、钛、镓等有用金属的特点,具有较高的利用价值,需要对其中的硅、铝、铁、钛、镓、锗回收利用,本文对发耳电厂粉煤灰精细化资源综合利用进行了初步研究。
髮耳電廠年排灰量3×106 t,排齣的粉煤灰直接堆放,利用率為零,對環境造成嚴重汙染。該電廠粉煤灰具有硅含量高、鐵含量高、燒失量大、粒度不均勻、質量差、難以利用,但含有鋁、鈦、鎵等有用金屬的特點,具有較高的利用價值,需要對其中的硅、鋁、鐵、鈦、鎵、鍺迴收利用,本文對髮耳電廠粉煤灰精細化資源綜閤利用進行瞭初步研究。
발이전엄년배회량3×106 t,배출적분매회직접퇴방,이용솔위령,대배경조성엄중오염。해전엄분매회구유규함량고、철함량고、소실량대、립도불균균、질량차、난이이용,단함유려、태、가등유용금속적특점,구유교고적이용개치,수요대기중적규、려、철、태、가、타회수이용,본문대발이전엄분매회정세화자원종합이용진행료초보연구。
The fly ash discharging amount of Faer thermal power plant was 3 ×106 t per year, discharge of the fly ash piled up directly , utilization of zero , cause serious pollution to the environment.The thermal power plant fly ash was with high silica content , high iron content , big ignition loss , not uniform particle size , poor quality , difficult usage , but it contained useful metals such as aluminum , titanium, gallium, and had the high value.It was necessary to recycle silicon , aluminum, iron, titanium, gallium and germanium.The comprehensive utilization of Faer thermal power plant fly ash was studied.
