加氢裂化技术是油品轻质化的重要手段之一,随着环境要求的提高,各国对加氢裂化日趋重视,特别是为了生产中馏分油产品,相继建设了许多新的加氢裂化装置。通过对国内四套加氢裂化装置从基本概况、原料、产品、工艺进行对比,探讨这30年间加氢裂化技术的发展,总结出了加氢裂化技术的发展方向:规模大型化、原料重质高硫化、产品多样化、操作灵活化、生产清洁化。

Hydrocracking technology was an important means of light oil , with increasing environmental requirements , countries hydrocracking increasing emphasis , especially for the production of distillate products , and built a lot of new hydrocracking unit.Four hydrocracking unit from basic overview/VGO/products/processes were compared , and the development of hydrocracking technology in the last 30 years was investigated.The development direction of hydrocracking technology was the scale large , VGO high sulphidation and heavy , product diversification , operational flexibility, and production clean.
