For the aims of integration and small scaled turn trend in the power development, a kind of single slice switch power was design based on TOPSwitch-GX. the outer control circuit of switch power circuit, anti-interference circuit, output filter wave circuit and feedback control circuit were designed in detail. The paper completes a switch power supply of 240 Ws, which of single slice switch power supply electric circuit has advantage of the structure and the control method simple, the physical volume small, the noise small, conversion efficiency high etc.
