近年来随着假期政策的调整以及消费者旅游需求的急剧增长,拥挤成为困扰国内众多景区发展的主要瓶颈之一,而国内学者对此相关问题的研究较少。国外文献中旅游拥挤的影响因素主要包括旅游者个人特征(如预期、偏好、经历等)、相遇者特征(如团体的类型与大小、相遇者的干扰行为、相似性等)、情境变量(如设备条件和承载力、游憩区的类型和区位)和社会密度。众多研究结果表明,旅游者的社会心理因素对拥挤的影响大于使用量。
近年來隨著假期政策的調整以及消費者旅遊需求的急劇增長,擁擠成為睏擾國內衆多景區髮展的主要瓶頸之一,而國內學者對此相關問題的研究較少。國外文獻中旅遊擁擠的影響因素主要包括旅遊者箇人特徵(如預期、偏好、經歷等)、相遇者特徵(如糰體的類型與大小、相遇者的榦擾行為、相似性等)、情境變量(如設備條件和承載力、遊憩區的類型和區位)和社會密度。衆多研究結果錶明,旅遊者的社會心理因素對擁擠的影響大于使用量。

In recent years,with the introduction to the policy of the“Golden Week”holidays,as well as the rapid growth of the consumer demand for tourism,crowding become one of the major bottlenecks plagued the development of many domestic scenic,but crowded perception’ research was relatively weak.Based on the analysis of foreign academic literature about the impact factous on tourism crowding formation,this research made a detailed summary of the study progess frm the personal characteristics,encounter characteristics,situational variables and density.The personal characteristics include expectations and preferences,level of experience,motivatopn,satisfaction and so on.The encounter characteristics include type,size and behavior of encounters.The situational variables include type of area ,location and environmental factors.Previous empirical studies have found that personal characteristics and encounter characteristics influence perception of crowding than density.
