医院图书馆在医院临床、科研和教学工作中发挥了重要作用，在高度信息化的网络时代，如何提高医院图书馆的利用效率值得深入研究。本文以医院图书馆的读者群体划分为切入点，深入分析了不同读者的阅读动机及其需求，并探讨了外在因素对图书馆利用效率的影响，提出了相应的提高医院图书馆服务效率的解决策略，以便其能更好地适应医院发展的需求。

Hospital library plays an important role in the hospital clinical,research and teaching works.It is worthy of further study that how to improve the utilization efficiency of the hospital library in the highly information network era.In this paper,we summarized the groups of different readers of the hospital library,analyzed the different motivations and needs of readers in different groups,investigated the influence of external factors on the utilization efficiency of the library,and provided the corresponding solving strategies to increase service efficiency of hospital library.It can better meet the needs of the hospital development.
