目的：探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响因素。方法：采用本院自行设计的一般调查问卷及依从性问卷对2013年1月-2014年1月治疗的100例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行问卷调查，对结果进行分析。结果：慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗的依从性39.00%，定期复查的依从性40.00%，而家人检查、提供病史及避免医嘱外用药的依从性分别为58.00%、65.00%和70.00%。其影响因素包括治疗费用高、否认疗效等。结论：慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗依从性较差，应引起临床重视，避免病情加重。
목적：탐토만성을형간염환자항병독치료의종성적영향인소。방법：채용본원자행설계적일반조사문권급의종성문권대2013년1월-2014년1월치료적100례만성을형간염환자진행문권조사，대결과진행분석。결과：만성을형간염환자항병독치료적의종성39.00%，정기복사적의종성40.00%，이가인검사、제공병사급피면의촉외용약적의종성분별위58.00%、65.00%화70.00%。기영향인소포괄치료비용고、부인료효등。결론：만성을형간염환자항병독치료의종성교차，응인기림상중시，피면병정가중。
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of treatment compliance of patients with chronic hepatitis B treated with antiviral therapy.Methods:We investigated 100 cases with chronic hepatitis B by general questionnaire and adherence questionnaire designed by our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014.We analyzed the results.Results:For patients with chronic hepatitis B,the compliance of antiviral therapy was 39% ,and the compliance of checking regularly was 40% .The compliance of family examination,providing history and avoiding drug abuse without doctor's advice was respectively 58%,65%and 70% .The influence factors included the high cost of treatment,denying the effect and so on.Conclusion:The treatment compliance of patients with chronic hepatitis B treated with antiviral therapy is poor.It should cause clinical attention to avoid aggravating illness.
