目的:探究与分析人性化护理在心内科优质护理服务中的应用。方法:回顾性分析2012年3月-2014年3月收治心血管疾病患者210例的临床资料。采取随机数字表法分为基础护理组与人性化护理组,各105例,观察两组经不同护理方法后的满意程度。结果:人性化护理组与基础护理组相比,患者满意度明显提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于心内科患者实施人性化护理能够提升护理服务质量,从而提升患者的满意程度,建立和谐的护患关系,值得推广。

Objective: To investigate and analyze the application of humanistic nursing for the high quality nursing service in the department of cardiology.Methods:We retrospective analyzed the clinical datas of 210 cases with cardiovascular diseases from March 2012 to March 2014.They were divided into the nursing group and the humanized nursing group according to the random digits table method with 105 cases in each.We observed the satisfaction degree of the two groups after the different ways of nursing. Results:We compared the humanized nursing group and the basic nursing group,the patients’ satisfaction improved significantly. There had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The humanistic nursing care can improve the quality of nursing in the department of cardiology,so as to enhance the satisfaction degree of patients,and to establish harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,so it is worthy of promotion.
