目的：探讨老年人桡骨远端不稳定型骨折的手术治疗情况。方法：本组28例老年患者不稳定型桡骨远端骨折，采用掌侧桡骨远端支撑钢板(T型)固定。结果：28例患者均得到随访，时间8~14月，平均10个月，都达到骨性愈合，未出现内固定断裂、松动、腕管综合征。本组28例患者，优20例，良6例，可2例，差0例。结论：采用掌侧桡骨远端钢板内固定手术治疗，术后良好的功能锻炼，可达到满意的腕关节功能。
目的：探討老年人橈骨遠耑不穩定型骨摺的手術治療情況。方法：本組28例老年患者不穩定型橈骨遠耑骨摺，採用掌側橈骨遠耑支撐鋼闆(T型)固定。結果：28例患者均得到隨訪，時間8~14月，平均10箇月，都達到骨性愈閤，未齣現內固定斷裂、鬆動、腕管綜閤徵。本組28例患者，優20例，良6例，可2例，差0例。結論：採用掌側橈骨遠耑鋼闆內固定手術治療，術後良好的功能鍛煉，可達到滿意的腕關節功能。
목적：탐토노년인뇨골원단불은정형골절적수술치료정황。방법：본조28례노년환자불은정형뇨골원단골절，채용장측뇨골원단지탱강판(T형)고정。결과：28례환자균득도수방，시간8~14월，평균10개월，도체도골성유합，미출현내고정단렬、송동、완관종합정。본조28례환자，우20례，량6례，가2례，차0례。결론：채용장측뇨골원단강판내고정수술치료，술후량호적공능단련，가체도만의적완관절공능。
Objective:To investigate the situation of the elderly in the operation treatment of unstable distal radius fractures.Method:28 cases old patients with unstable fractures of the distal radius,adopted the volar distal radius support plate(T) fixation.Result:28 patients were followed up,time to 8~14 months, had reached the osseous healing,without internal fixation of fracture,loose,and carpal tunnel syndrome.This group of 28 cases,excellent in 26 cases,good in 6 cases,fair in 2 cases,poor in 0 case.Conclusion:Patients can achieve satisfactory wrist function after the operation treatment of distal radius volar fixed side plate with positive postoperative functional exercise.
