分别测定了撞击流结晶器和流化床结晶器中牛磺酸的结晶成长速度,并对结晶成长速度系数进行对比。结果表明,撞击流结晶器由于强烈的微观混合效应可促进结晶成长。相对于传统的结晶器,撞击流结晶器应用到工业结晶中,可缩短结晶成长时间,减少设备投资,具有潜在的社会效益和经济效益。
分彆測定瞭撞擊流結晶器和流化床結晶器中牛磺痠的結晶成長速度,併對結晶成長速度繫數進行對比。結果錶明,撞擊流結晶器由于彊烈的微觀混閤效應可促進結晶成長。相對于傳統的結晶器,撞擊流結晶器應用到工業結晶中,可縮短結晶成長時間,減少設備投資,具有潛在的社會效益和經濟效益。

The crystal growth rate of taurine,discussed in ISC and FBC,has been investigated in this study.It coefficients in these two crystallizers were compared,indicating that the strong micromixing of ISC can promote crystal growth rate.Compared with traditional crystallizer,the crystal time could be shortened and the equipment investment could be cut down when ISC is used in industry,which is a new technology with significant social and economic benefits.
