用皮托管测量风速时需要其校准系数α来修正测量结果,激光多普勒测速仪可用于皮托管的校准。在校准过程中,皮托管探头附近的绕流和实验段流场在轴线上的速度分布偏差会影响校准结果。为评估或修正这些影响进行了实验研究,实验结果表明:皮托管探头对原有流场的干扰会影响α的校准结果,因此校准时须找到合理的激光多普勒测速仪测量位置以尽可能地避免这种影响;实验段流场轴线上固有的速度分布偏差也会影响校准结果,这种影响可以通过实际测量来修正。

PitOt -tube is wideIy used tO measure the air veIOcity. The cOefficient α must be caIibrated tO cOrrect the measurement resuIt. Laser DOppIer anemOmeter can be appIied tO caIibrate PitOt-tube tO acquire the cOefficient α. During the prOcess,the caIibratiOn resuIt can be infIuenced by the fIOw rOund the prObe Of PitOt-tube and air veIOcity distributiOn deviatiOn in IOng axis. The experiments are cOnducted tO evaIuate Or cOrrect this infIuence. The resuIts shOw the caIibratiOn resuIts wiII be different due tO the interference Of prObe mOunted in fIOw fieId. FOr this reasOn the prOper measurement pOsitiOn fOr Iaser dOppIer anemOmeter is required tO reduce the infIuence as much as pOssibIe. The inherent air veIOcity distributiOn deviatiOn aIsO infIuences the caIibratiOn resuIt Ofα. This infIuence can be cOrrected by actuaI measurement.
