目的：总结分析一次性根管在慢性牙髓炎治疗中的效果。方法：选取2011年6月至2013年1月间在我院进行治疗的192例慢性牙髓炎患者作为研究对象，按照治疗方法分为对照组92例，采用二次根管治疗，观察组100例采用一次性根管治疗，观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：经过治疗后，治疗组的总有效率为94.00%显著高于对照组的82.16%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；半年后复查结果显示治疗组的成功率为91.00%同样高于对照组的78.26%，（P＜0.05）。结论：一次性根管治疗在慢性牙髓炎患者治疗中效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

목적：총결분석일차성근관재만성아수염치료중적효과。방법：선취2011년6월지2013년1월간재아원진행치료적192례만성아수염환자작위연구대상，안조치료방법분위대조조92례，채용이차근관치료，관찰조100례채용일차성근관치료，관찰병비교량조환자적치료효과。결과：경과치료후，치료조적총유효솔위94.00%현저고우대조조적82.16%，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；반년후복사결과현시치료조적성공솔위91.00%동양고우대조조적78.26%，（P＜0.05）。결론：일차성근관치료재만성아수염환자치료중효과현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To summarize the effect of disposable root canal in the treatment of chronic pulpitis. Method:192 cases of chronic pulpitis patients from June,2011 to January,2013 in the hospital were as the research object. And according to the treatment methods,dividing 92 cases into the control group with the secondary root canal therapy, and 100 cases into the observation group with disposable root canal treatment. Observing and comparing the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Result:After treatment, the treatment group total effective rate was 94.00%,which is significantly higher than 94.00% in the control group. The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). The review result after six months shows that the success rate of treatment group was 91.00%,which is also higher than 78.26% in the control group,(P<0.05). Conclusion:Effect of one-time root canal therapy in the treatment with chronic pulpitis is significant,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
