为了满足普通家庭对智能化、低成本、小型化、易扩展的家用远程监控系统的需求,提出了本课题。系统采用模块化的设计方法,以高性能DSP芯片TMS320DM642为核心,同时采集三路视频和多路现场设备工作信息,并对实时情形进行运动检测,然后对视频进行MPEG-4编码,由DTM6211无线收发模块发送给3G终端手机,实现实时监控。本系统借助中国移动G3的3G终端,在苹果手机操作系统上进行验证,监控结果图像清晰、远程在线视频流畅,图像传输率达1~25帧/秒,每小时录像的文件大小仅为10~100 M,很好地满足了普通家庭对小型化、智能化监控的需求。

In order to satisfy the ordinary families' requirements of household remote monitoring system with the advantages of intelligent, low cost, miniaturization and easy to expand, this topic is proposed. This system adopts the method of modular design, that is, it uses the high performance DSP chip TMS320DM642 as core processer, can collect three-way video and multi-channel equipment information on the work field at the same time, and detect the real-time situation, and then, it gives the MPEG-4 video encoding, at last, the encoded information is sent to 3G mobile phones by DTM6211 wireless transmission module to achieve real-time monitoring. With the aid of China mobile's 3G terminal, this system is validated on the Apple Macintosh operating system, the results show that the monitoring images are clear and the remote online videos are smooth, the image transfer rate is 1~25 framers per second and the video file size is only 10~100 M per hour , all the characteristics of this system satisfy the normal families’ demand for miniaturization, intelligent monitoring.
