针对U形截面伸缩臂提出了径向不等厚度的下滑块布置方式,改变了臂架搭接处初始接触状态,并用Ansys/LS-DYNA显示动力有限元软件对吊臂与下滑块进行接触分析,对比了吊臂接触区应力值大小及分布状况。结果表明,下滑块厚度的改变可有效地降低接触区最大应力,改善接触区局部应力分布,对进一步提高臂架强度和承载能力有一定的意义。
針對U形截麵伸縮臂提齣瞭徑嚮不等厚度的下滑塊佈置方式,改變瞭臂架搭接處初始接觸狀態,併用Ansys/LS-DYNA顯示動力有限元軟件對弔臂與下滑塊進行接觸分析,對比瞭弔臂接觸區應力值大小及分佈狀況。結果錶明,下滑塊厚度的改變可有效地降低接觸區最大應力,改善接觸區跼部應力分佈,對進一步提高臂架彊度和承載能力有一定的意義。

The paper puts forward the layout of lower sliding plates with different radial thicknesses for the U-shaped telescopic boom,and the initial contact state at the lapping point of the boom is changed.Ansys/LS-DYNA explicit dynam-ic finite element software is adopted for contact analysis of the boom and lower sliding plate,with comparison of the stress value and distribution states in the boom contact area.As it turns out,change of thickness of the lower sliding plate can ef-fectively reduce the maximum stress in the contact area,improve the local stress distribution,and provide certain signifi-cance for improvement of boom strength and bearing capacity.
