大型泵站和水闸等水利工程的自动化监测、控制已普遍实施,集中监测中心也有使用,而大型水利枢纽多个工程的远程集中控制、调度和监视尚有待探索。在江都水利枢纽原有自动控制系统的基础上,探索集中控制系统的建设方案、功能要求和管理措施,建立安全可靠和智能化程度较高的集中控制系统,实现多个工程的集中控制、优化调度,确保工程安全、高效运行,为大型水利枢纽工程自动控制系统改造提供参考和借鉴。

Automatic monitor and control about large pumping station and water gate have been carried out universally. Centralized monitor center has been used too. But the remote centralized control, dispatch and monitor for large water conservancy projects need to be explored still. Based on the existing automation system of jiangdu water conservancy project, a number of discussions are performed to improve performance of centralized control system, including construction scheme, functional requirement, and management measures. A reliable and advanced centralized control system has been built. The approach has achieved significant results to realize the centralized control and optimal scheduling to ensure the safety and economic performance in a plurality of water conservancy project. It provides useful reference for the improvement of automation system in large water conservancy project.
