目的：探究血清炎性因子在难治性肺炎支原体肺炎（ RMPP）患儿中的变化规律及临床意义。方法将该院收治的40例肺炎支原体肺炎（ MPP）患儿，按照临床特征分为RMPP组19例与普通MPP组21例，同时选取21例健康体检儿童作为对照组，对三组研究对象的血清炎性因子进行检测并对比，比较RMPP组与普通MPP组入院时与治疗后血清炎性因子的变化。结果三组的血清炎性因子IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ等对比，差异均具有统计学意义，且RMPP组的IL-4、IL-10显著高于普通MPP组；RMPP组治疗后的IL-10显著低于入院时。结论 RMPP病情的发生及发展与IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ等变化有关，IL-4、IL-10等可作为判别RMPP的指标，而IL-10可作为评估RMPP的疗效指标。
목적：탐구혈청염성인자재난치성폐염지원체폐염（ RMPP）환인중적변화규률급림상의의。방법장해원수치적40례폐염지원체폐염（ MPP）환인，안조림상특정분위RMPP조19례여보통MPP조21례，동시선취21례건강체검인동작위대조조，대삼조연구대상적혈청염성인자진행검측병대비，비교RMPP조여보통MPP조입원시여치료후혈청염성인자적변화。결과삼조적혈청염성인자IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ등대비，차이균구유통계학의의，차RMPP조적IL-4、IL-10현저고우보통MPP조；RMPP조치료후적IL-10현저저우입원시。결론 RMPP병정적발생급발전여IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ등변화유관，IL-4、IL-10등가작위판별RMPP적지표，이IL-10가작위평고RMPP적료효지표。
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum inflammatory factors in children with refractory my -coplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (RMPP).Methods A total of 40 children with MPP were assigned into RMPP group (n=19) and general MPP group(n=21) according to the clinical features ,and 21 healthy children were chosen as control group .Serum inflammato-ry factors of three groups were detected ,and changes of serum inflammatory factors in RMPP group and general MPP group at admission and after the treatment were analyzed .Results The differences in Serum inflammatory cytokines IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,and IFN-γamong three groups were statistically significant ,and IL-4,IL-10 of RMPP group were significantly higher than those of general MPP group .IL-10 of RMPP group after the treatment was significantly lower than that at admission .Conclusions The attack and development of RM-PP may be associated with the changes of IL-4,IL-6,IL-10 and IFN-γ.IL-4 and IL-10 can be index for diagnosing RMPP ,and IL-10 may be efficacy index of RMPP .
