为提高环境监测效率,探索了原子荧光法同时测定水中汞和硒的检测方法,并找到了检测条件。结果表明,在最优条件下,汞和硒的检出限分别为0.05和0.5μg/L,RSD分别为2.60%和1.79%,加标回收率分别为98%~104%和97%~102%。该方法操作简便快速、重现性好、灵敏度高,能满足水中2种元素的测定要求。

A method of simultaneously determining Hg and Se in water was developed for improving the efficiency of monitoring environment. The results showed that under the optimal conditions, the detection limit of Hg and Se were 0.05 and 0.5 μg/L, respectively. RSDs were 2.60% and 1.79%. The recoveries of Hg and Se were 98%~104% and 97%~102%, respectively. This method is easy to operate with high sensitivity, good reproducibility for determinating Hg and Se in water.
