采用超声波辅助提取技术,通过单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验,探讨了提取条件对火棘(Pyracantha fortuneana)中多糖类物质提取率的影响,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定火棘中多糖含量,以葡萄糖作为标准对照物,在482 nm处测定吸光度,并计算其含量。结果表明,在火棘多糖超声波最佳提取工艺条件下(提取剂pH为7,30℃下按液料比30:1提取40 min),火棘果中多糖提取率达2.148%。

The conditions of ultrasound-assisted extracting polysaccharides from Pyracantha fortuneana were studied with single factor analysis and L9 (34) orthogonal experiment. The content of polysaccharides in Pyracantha fortuneana was determined by phenol-H2SO4 colorimetry at 482 nm with glucose as the standard. The results showed that the optimal conditions of ultrasonic extracting polysaccharides from Pyracantha fortuneana were 30℃ for 40 min with pH 7 and the best ratio of liquid (mL) to solid(g) was 30:1.Under the optimal conditions,the yield of polysaccharides from Pyracantha fortuneana was 2.148%.
