Male asthenospermia and oligozoospermia%Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine%The cure rate
目的：观察中西医结合治疗男性少弱精子症的临床疗效。方法：选108例男性少弱精子症患者，随机分为甲组(试验组)和乙组(对照组)，每组54例。乙组采用西药治疗，甲组中西药并用，对两组临床疗效等指标进行对比分析。结果：甲组总有效率88.5%，明显高于乙组总有效率60.3%，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中西药并用可以有效提高男性少弱精子症的治愈率。

목적：관찰중서의결합치료남성소약정자증적림상료효。방법：선108례남성소약정자증환자，수궤분위갑조(시험조)화을조(대조조)，매조54례。을조채용서약치료，갑조중서약병용，대량조림상료효등지표진행대비분석。결과：갑조총유효솔88.5%，명현고우을조총유효솔60.3%，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：중서약병용가이유효제고남성소약정자증적치유솔。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of male asthenospermia and oligozoospermia.Methods:108 cases with asthenospermia and oligozoospermia were selected.They were randomly divided into group A(the experimental group) and group B(the control group) with 54 cases in each. Group B were treated with western medicine.Group A were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine.We analyzed and compared the clinical efficacy and other indicators of the two groups.Results:The total efficiency of group A(88.5% ) was higher than that of group B(60.3% ).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of male asthenospermia and oligozoospermia can effectively improve the cure rate.
