利用SolidWorks软件对矿用减速器啮合直齿轮进行三维建模,并运用SolidWorks中的Simulation分析软件,对一对啮合的直齿轮进行静力分析,在此基础上,以齿宽为变量,以质量最小为目标,对大齿轮的齿宽参数进行优化设计,并通过Matlab编程,得出了大齿轮的齿宽最优值,为齿轮的设计提供了参考。
利用SolidWorks軟件對礦用減速器齧閤直齒輪進行三維建模,併運用SolidWorks中的Simulation分析軟件,對一對齧閤的直齒輪進行靜力分析,在此基礎上,以齒寬為變量,以質量最小為目標,對大齒輪的齒寬參數進行優化設計,併通過Matlab編程,得齣瞭大齒輪的齒寬最優值,為齒輪的設計提供瞭參攷。

3D modeling is carried out for meshing spur gear of the mining reducer in SolidWorks,with static analysis performed for a pair of spur gears by the Simulation analysis software.With gear width as variable and minimum mass as the target,optimal design is made for width parameters of main gears.By Matlab programming,the optimum gear width is fig-ured out,which can provide reference for further design of gears.
