目的：探讨临床检验标本的不合格类型及原因，以提高检验标本的合格率。方法：2010年11月-2011年11月接收临床检验标本5038份，对不合格标本的分类与原因进行回顾性分析。结果：5038份标本的不合格率10.26%，不合格率最高为痰液标本(18.95%)，最低为脑脊液标本(0)。不合格原因有送检不及时、受污染、药物影响、标本量少、治疗同侧采集、容器错误及抗凝不完全等。结论：对临床标本进行检验时，为提高结果准确性，需要从标本采集及检验全过程进行全面控制与管理。
목적：탐토림상검험표본적불합격류형급원인，이제고검험표본적합격솔。방법：2010년11월-2011년11월접수림상검험표본5038빈，대불합격표본적분류여원인진행회고성분석。결과：5038빈표본적불합격솔10.26%，불합격솔최고위담액표본(18.95%)，최저위뇌척액표본(0)。불합격원인유송검불급시、수오염、약물영향、표본량소、치료동측채집、용기착오급항응불완전등。결론：대림상표본진행검험시，위제고결과준학성，수요종표본채집급검험전과정진행전면공제여관리。
Objective:To explore the types and causes of unqualified specimen in order to improve the qualified rate of test specimens.Methods:5 038 clinical specimens were received from November 2010 to November 2011.We retrospectively analyzed the classification and reason of unqualified specimen.Results:In 5038 samples,the unqualified rate was 10.26%.The unqualified rate was the highest in sputum specimens(18.95%).The lowest was cerebrospinal fluid specimens(0).There were many reasons for failure,including the submission not timely,contaminated,drug effects,specimen less,the treatment of ipsilateral collection, container error and anticoagulation not completely and so on.Conclusion:In order to improve the accuracy of results,When we detect the clinical specimens, we need to adopt a comprehensive control and management of the whole process from the specimen collection and test.
