目的：探讨应用彩色多普勒超声监测穴位注射与正骨手法治疗颈源性头痛前后椎动脉管径流速血流量的变化。方法：将75例患者随机分为两组，治疗组40例，给予穴位注射与正骨手法治疗，对照组35例，给予葛根素注射液静滴与西比灵治疗，并对两组治疗前后用超声检查的椎动脉及血流变各项参数对其进行监测。结果：治疗组总有效率(97.5%)优于对照组(77.1%)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗后两组血流参数值均有所改善，但治疗组改善更明显，两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：穴位注射与正骨手法治疗颈源性头痛有较好疗效。应用彩色多普勒超声观察，疗效肯定，科学简便。
목적：탐토응용채색다보륵초성감측혈위주사여정골수법치료경원성두통전후추동맥관경류속혈류량적변화。방법：장75례환자수궤분위량조，치료조40례，급여혈위주사여정골수법치료，대조조35례，급여갈근소주사액정적여서비령치료，병대량조치료전후용초성검사적추동맥급혈류변각항삼수대기진행감측。결과：치료조총유효솔(97.5%)우우대조조(77.1%)，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。치료후량조혈류삼수치균유소개선，단치료조개선경명현，량조지간비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：혈위주사여정골수법치료경원성두통유교호료효。응용채색다보륵초성관찰，료효긍정，과학간편。
Objective:To investigate the application of color Doppler ultrasound monitoring point injection and massage treatment neck source headache diameter changes velocity of blood flow of vertebral artery before and after treatment.Methods:75 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.40 cases in the treatment group were treated with point injection and massage therapy.35 cases in the control group were treated with puerarin injection infusion and flunarizine,and monitored vertebral artery and blood rheological parameters by ultrasonography.Results:The total effectiveness of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of acupoint injection and massage treatment in the treatment of neck source headache is curative effect. The application of color doppler ultrasonic observation is curative effect, science and simple.
