目的:探讨螺旋CT在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的临床价值。方法:2013年2月-2014年2月收治新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿32例,应用64层螺旋进行CT扫描检查。结果:本组32例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿CT表现为脑质灰白质分界不清,密度降低。CT 轻度主要表现为脑白质低密度影,面积≤2个脑叶的脑白质,CT 值(18.22±2.56);CT 中度主要表现为灰白质界限模糊,少数患儿有颅内出血,面积>2个脑叶,但不累及全部大脑半球,CT 值(14.14±2.24);CT 重度主要表现灰白质界限消失,多数患儿伴有颅内出血,大脑半球呈广泛性低密度影,CT 值(12.56±2.17)。结论:螺旋CT在诊断新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病具有可重复性强、操作简单等优点,值得临床推广。

목적:탐토라선CT재신생인결양결혈성뇌병중적림상개치。방법:2013년2월-2014년2월수치신생인결양결혈성뇌병환인32례,응용64층라선진행CT소묘검사。결과:본조32례신생인결양결혈성뇌병환인CT표현위뇌질회백질분계불청,밀도강저。CT 경도주요표현위뇌백질저밀도영,면적≤2개뇌협적뇌백질,CT 치(18.22±2.56);CT 중도주요표현위회백질계한모호,소수환인유로내출혈,면적>2개뇌협,단불루급전부대뇌반구,CT 치(14.14±2.24);CT 중도주요표현회백질계한소실,다수환인반유로내출혈,대뇌반구정엄범성저밀도영,CT 치(12.56±2.17)。결론:라선CT재진단신생인결양결혈성뇌병구유가중복성강、조작간단등우점,치득림상추엄。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of spiral CT in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods:32 cases of neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were selected from February 2013 to February 2014.They all received 64 slice spiral CT scanning.Results:In 32 cases of neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,CT showed that brain gray matter boundary was not clear and the density was lower.Light CT mainly showed that the cerebral white matter was low density,the area was not more than brain white matter of two lobes of the brain,CT value was (18.22±2.56).Moderate CT mainly showed that gray matter boundary was fuzzy,a small number of children had intracranial hemorrhage,the area was more than two lobes of the brain, but was not involving the entire hemisphere,CT value was (14.14±2.24).Severe CT mainly showed that gray and white matter boundary was disappearing,the majority of children had intracranial hemorrhage,cerebral hemisphere was widely low density,CT value was (12.56 ± 2.17).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,spiral CT has the characteristics of strong repeatability,simple operation and so on.So it is worthy of clinical promotion.
