目前，我国对于儿童肠系膜淋巴结炎的研究相对较少，儿童肠系膜淋巴结炎在实际治疗中常会发生误诊，导致很多患者不能够得到及时正确的医治，对于患者身体健康是一种极大的损害。本文通过对120例肠系膜淋巴结炎儿童临床病例发病情况以及发病病因进行分析，简要地介绍了导致儿童肠系膜淋巴结炎的病因以及相关的治疗方法，并且重点对超声诊断流程以及要点进行了描述，希望能够为我国儿童肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断治疗提供一些参考意见。

Research on pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis in china is relatively less at present.So in the actual treatment, mesenteric lymphadenitis in children was often misdiagnosed,which caused a lot of patients not able to get timely and correct treatment,and make great damage for their physical health.In this paper,we briefly introduced the causes of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis and associated methods in treatment,based on the analysis of the incidence and pathogenesis in 120 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis,and emphatically described the ultrasonic diagnosis of process and key points.We hope to provide some reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis.
