本文采用简易湿化学法制备二氧化锡/多壁碳纳米管复合材料( SnO2/MWNTs )。利用 X 射线衍射仪( XRD)和透射电子显微镜( TEM)技术对其形貌、成分及微观结构进行表征,并对复合材料进行锂离子电池性能的测试。结果表明,SnO2纳米颗粒均匀地负载在多壁碳纳米管的管壁,复合材料表现出良好的循环稳定性和较高的比容量。
本文採用簡易濕化學法製備二氧化錫/多壁碳納米管複閤材料( SnO2/MWNTs )。利用 X 射線衍射儀( XRD)和透射電子顯微鏡( TEM)技術對其形貌、成分及微觀結構進行錶徵,併對複閤材料進行鋰離子電池性能的測試。結果錶明,SnO2納米顆粒均勻地負載在多壁碳納米管的管壁,複閤材料錶現齣良好的循環穩定性和較高的比容量。
본문채용간역습화학법제비이양화석/다벽탄납미관복합재료( SnO2/MWNTs )。이용 X 사선연사의( XRD)화투사전자현미경( TEM)기술대기형모、성분급미관결구진행표정,병대복합재료진행리리자전지성능적측시。결과표명,SnO2납미과립균균지부재재다벽탄납미관적관벽,복합재료표현출량호적순배은정성화교고적비용량。
In this paper, a novel composite of SnO2 nanoparticles coated on multi-walled carbon nanotubes ( MWNTs) was synthesized by a simple Wet Chemical method. The morphology and structures of SnO2/MWNTs composites were characterized by Transmission Electron Microscopy ( TEM) and X-ray diffraction( XRD) . The results showed that SnO2 nano-particles were homogeneously distributed on the surface of MWNTs. In the meanwhile, SnO2/MWNTs showed superior electrochemical performance with excellent cyclic stability and high capacity.
