目的：探讨唇腭裂患儿中先天性心脏病的发生率.方法：回顾性分析广州市社会福利院收治的唇腭裂患儿226例，分成单纯唇裂组、单纯腭裂组及唇裂合并腭裂组三组，对三组患儿进行统计学分析.结果：226例患儿中共检出先天性心脏病16例，发生率为7.08%.其中，唇裂组患儿先天性心脏病发生率为14.29%，腭裂组患儿先天性心脏病发生率为20.00%.结论：唇腭裂患儿先天性心脏病的发生率是普通人群的10倍.
목적：탐토진악렬환인중선천성심장병적발생솔.방법：회고성분석엄주시사회복리원수치적진악렬환인226례，분성단순진렬조、단순악렬조급진렬합병악렬조삼조，대삼조환인진행통계학분석.결과：226례환인중공검출선천성심장병16례，발생솔위7.08%.기중，진렬조환인선천성심장병발생솔위14.29%，악렬조환인선천성심장병발생솔위20.00%.결론：진악렬환인선천성심장병적발생솔시보통인군적10배.
Objective:To explore the incidence of congenital heart disease in children with cleft lip and palate .Methods: 226 cases of cleft lip and palate were divided into cleft lip group,cleft palate group and cleft lip with cleft palate group ,three groups were statistically analyzed.Results: Detec-ted 16 cases of congenital heart disease,the total incidence rate of 7.08%.Wherein,cleft lip group of congenital heart disease incidence of 14.29%,cleft palate group was 20.00%.Conclusion:The incidence of congenital heart disease in children with cleft lip and palate is 10 times that of the general popu-lation.
