采用α-葡萄糖苷酶活性抑制酶学模型,以96微孔板法测定了8种具有降糖作用傣药的石油醚、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯、水提取物体外对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用,筛选具有葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用的有效部位.结果表明:8种傣药的提取物均有α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性,抑制作用强度与其浓度呈正相关.其中,黑皮跌打藤茎,其正丁醇提取物活性最高,IC50=17.74μg/mL,显著优于对照药物阿卡波糖.

채용α-포도당감매활성억제매학모형,이96미공판법측정료8충구유강당작용태약적석유미、정정순、을산을지、수제취물체외대α-포도당감매적억제작용,사선구유포도당감매억제작용적유효부위.결과표명:8충태약적제취물균유α-포도당감매억제활성,억제작용강도여기농도정정상관.기중,흑피질타등경,기정정순제취물활성최고,IC50=17.74μg/mL,현저우우대조약물아잡파당.
To screen the active extracts with the inhibitory effects to α-glucosidase , eight hypoglycemic Dai Nationality Medicine were extracted by petroleum ether , ethyl acetate , n-butyl alcohol and water respectively .96-Pore plate method was used to establish the enzymatic model for the determination of the inhibitory effect .The results indicated that the extracts from the eight Dai Nationality Medicines all had inhibitory effects to α-glucosidase in proportion to their concentrations .Among those the n-butyl alcohol extract from Fissistigma polyanthum showed the highest inhibitory activity with an IC50 of 17.74 μg/mL, significantly better than the control medicine Acarbose .
