通过对原代培养DRG细胞进行免疫荧光染色、免疫酶染色和免疫荧光-酶双重染色,研究了原代DRG细胞中P物质及NK-1 R与神经元相互定位关系,对比分析了3种染色效果。结果表明:免疫荧光-酶双重染色效果较好,既能清楚辨识组织细胞结构,又可对标记物进行清晰区分。故免疫荧光-酶双重染色技术是一种结合了免疫酶法和荧光法的优势的免疫染色新方法,值得在病理药理研究中推广。

통과대원대배양DRG세포진행면역형광염색、면역매염색화면역형광-매쌍중염색,연구료원대DRG세포중P물질급NK-1 R여신경원상호정위관계,대비분석료3충염색효과。결과표명:면역형광-매쌍중염색효과교호,기능청초변식조직세포결구,우가대표기물진행청석구분。고면역형광-매쌍중염색기술시일충결합료면역매법화형광법적우세적면역염색신방법,치득재병리약리연구중추엄。
The immune fluorescence staining , immunoenzyme staining and immunofluorescence-enzyme double staining techniques were employed on primary cultured DRG cells to study the location of substance P and NK -1R in DRG cells and the staining effects of the three stain techniques were compared .The results indicated that immunofluorescence-enzyme double staining was better than the other two in recognizing tissue structure and distinguishing the markers . So immunofluorescence-enzyme double staining technique , combining the advantages of immune fluorescence and immunoenzyme staining , is worthy of widely applying in pathological and pharmacological research .
