本研究致力于对核心节点的定位方法进行比较,并将核心节点映射到相应的解剖区域。分别采用节点度法和介数中心度法求出网络中的核心节点,并通过参数易损性对两种方法进行比较,即分别去掉每一个核心节点,比较网络的全局效率受影响的程度,再进一步将采用介数中心度法将求出的核心节点定位到相应的解剖区域。结果表明采用介数中心度求出的核心节点易损性更大、实验结果的一致性更好,是更为有效的核心节点定义方法,正常人核心节点对应的解剖区域主要集中在顶叶和额叶。结果为进一步探索核心节点在脑网络中的作用奠定了基础,并为进一步研究功能网络的信息传输在解剖结构上的映射提供了帮助。

To compare the methods orientating of hubs and mapping it to the anatomical brain regions .In this issue,we applied two methods to find the hubs in the network respectively,node degree and betweenness centrality (BC ).Then vulnerability was employed to compare the two methods,which needs to delete nods in the network and compare the global efficiency between the intact network and lesioned network.It showed that BC method was a more effective method since the hub′s vulnerability of BC method was larger than node degree method and the consistency was better.We further applied BC method to the anatomical orientation of hubs, which found that hubs gather in the frontal and parietal lobe on the previous result.The results lay foundation for studying the function of the hubs in the network.It is helpful for the further research of the anatomical mapping in information delivery.
