当水下轴承支撑在工作过程中受到外力作用时,轴承的内圈或外圈会产生偏离理想圆形的变形,因而需要考虑变形后的形状来获得真实的载荷分布,或者把轴承套圈视为柔性。针对水下回转轴承内圈与其中空支撑轴结构采用固联装配的情况,分析了海水压力作用下中空支撑轴变形引起的轴承内圈变形,以及由此引起的轴承间隙变化,建立了轴承负荷与滚动体负荷的平衡方程,通过数值仿真计算,得到变形后轴承内圈的载荷分布。计算结果表明,在水下压力环境下轴承内圈变形后与变形前的载荷分布截然不同。轴承的力学性能下降,将会影响轴承的使用可靠性及寿命。

To counter the external force such as water pressure when working underwater,either the inner or outer ring of the bearing may suffer deformation and is no longer a perfect circle. Thus,to obtain the ac-tual load distribution on the bearing,it is imperative to study its deformed shape or to take its rings as flexi-ble bodies. Aiming at the problem,this paper analyzes the deformation of the inner ring of a rotating bear-ing caused by the underwater axial deformation,and the change of bearing clearance when the inner ring is attached to a hollow axial structure. Based on these results,an equilibrium equation between the bearing loads and the rolling body loads is established. Then,the actual load distribution of the inner ring is ob-tained via numerical simulation. The results show that the load distribution on a deformed bearing is dis-tinct from that on an intact one. Particularly,a deformed bearing has poorer mechanical performance, which could reduce its reliability and service life.
