目的：采用序贯六法治疗术后乳腺癌经验报告。方法：①针灸十二背俞穴、十二募穴及四肢五输穴。②拨伸牵引患肢，对患侧肩部周围穴位进行点揉，行分筋，弹筋手法并揉捏患肢肌筋，再做患肢外展，外旋，后伸及高举动作。③艾灸足三里、三阴交、命门、神阙、气海、关元。④电磁通络法推督脉，膀胱经，点揉关元、气海、足三里。⑤大椎穴、至阳穴、膈俞穴刺络拨罐，膀胱经走罐。⑥药物治疗，辨证施治，全身调理，治病求本，讲求整体观念，对治疗乳腺癌有一定的优势，并能减轻手术、放射治疗和化学治疗后的副作用。结果：治疗术后乳腺癌20例，100%生命质量分值提高，三年随访未发现新病灶，未复发。结论：六种独特的方法相结合，活血化瘀，清热解毒，扶正祛邪，通经活络，化痰散结，临床疗效好，值得研究总结。

목적：채용서관육법치료술후유선암경험보고。방법：①침구십이배유혈、십이모혈급사지오수혈。②발신견인환지，대환측견부주위혈위진행점유，행분근，탄근수법병유날환지기근，재주환지외전，외선，후신급고거동작。③애구족삼리、삼음교、명문、신궐、기해、관원。④전자통락법추독맥，방광경，점유관원、기해、족삼리。⑤대추혈、지양혈、격유혈자락발관，방광경주관。⑥약물치료，변증시치，전신조리，치병구본，강구정체관념，대치료유선암유일정적우세，병능감경수술、방사치료화화학치료후적부작용。결과：치료술후유선암20례，100%생명질량분치제고，삼년수방미발현신병조，미복발。결론：륙충독특적방법상결합，활혈화어，청열해독，부정거사，통경활락，화담산결，림상료효호，치득연구총결。
Objective: To report post-operative breast cancer treated with sequential method. Methods: ①Acupuncture and moxibustion on the twelve Shu-Acupoints on the back,twelve Mu-Acupoints and five transport points on the limbs. ②To tract patients’ limbs,press acupoints surrounding ipsilateral shoulder ,and make reinforcement, technique of reinforcement and kneading limb muscle, and limb abduction, external rotation, posterior extension and hold action. ③Moxibustion at Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Mingmen, Shenque, Qihai, Guanyuan. ④To push on governing meridian, bladder meridian in electromagnetic method, to rub Guanyuan, Qihai ,Zusanli. ⑤ To prick and cup Dazhui, Zhiyang, Geshu, to move cupping along bladder meridian. ⑥It has advantages in the treatment of breast cancer to apply medication, dialectical therapy considering the body conditioning with the holism concept,which can reduce the side effects of operation, radiotherapy and chemical therapy. Results:The quality of life scores of 20 cases of post-operation breast cancer improved 100%, no new lesions found in the following-up three years with non-recurrence. Conclusion:combination of the six unique methods can promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis, clear the heat and detoxify, strengthen the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors, activate collaterals, reduce phlegm and resolve masses ,which has good clinical effects and worthy of research.
