采用传统的子实体转接法和反复纯化法,从新疆阿克苏地区盐碱地土壤样品中分离1株粘细菌,经过对其菌落、子实体、营养细胞、粘孢子大小形态观察、生理生化特征试验及16S rDNA序列分析,鉴定菌株5x1为大孢珊瑚球菌(Corallococcus macrosporus),在对其进行耐盐性分析时发现,菌株5x1能耐受NaCl的浓度为2%。结果表明:菌株5x1为陆生耐盐粘细菌。

채용전통적자실체전접법화반복순화법,종신강아극소지구염감지토양양품중분리1주점세균,경과대기균락、자실체、영양세포、점포자대소형태관찰、생리생화특정시험급16S rDNA서렬분석,감정균주5x1위대포산호구균(Corallococcus macrosporus),재대기진행내염성분석시발현,균주5x1능내수NaCl적농도위2%。결과표명:균주5x1위륙생내염점세균。
Base on conventional isolational method, a salt-tolerance myxobacteria was isolated from the saline-alkaline soils of Akesu in Xinjiang. According to the morphologies of swarms, fruiting bodies, vegetative cells, myxospores, physiological and biochemical characteristic and the sequence of 16S rDNA, the strain was identified to Corallococcus macrosporus. Analysis of salt-tolerance showed the strain 5x1 could survive in NaCl concentration of 2%.
