目的：观察藏药二十五味珊瑚丸治疗紧张性头痛的临床疗效。方法将2012年3月-2012年10月于本所就诊的110例紧张性头痛患者，按就诊的先后顺序随机分为二十五味珊瑚丸组（治疗组）和常规治疗组（对照组）。治疗组55例，采用单纯口服二十五味珊瑚丸治疗，每次4丸（1 g ），每日1次；对照组55例，采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊联合盐酸阿米替林片治疗，治疗期间两组均停用其他治疗方法，并设定两组1周为1个疗程，连用4个疗程后观察两组的治疗效果。结果二十五味珊瑚丸组总有效率为94.55％，对照组总有效率为74.55％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；其中治疗组显效率为54.55％，对照组显效率为29.09％，两组相比差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.01）。结论二十五味珊瑚丸能明显改善神经营养，修复神经功能，是治疗紧张性头痛的有效方法，可以作为临床治疗紧张性头痛的常规药物。
목적：관찰장약이십오미산호환치료긴장성두통적림상료효。방법장2012년3월-2012년10월우본소취진적110례긴장성두통환자，안취진적선후순서수궤분위이십오미산호환조（치료조）화상규치료조（대조조）。치료조55례，채용단순구복이십오미산호환치료，매차4환（1 g ），매일1차；대조조55례，채용염산불계리진효낭연합염산아미체림편치료，치료기간량조균정용기타치료방법，병설정량조1주위1개료정，련용4개료정후관찰량조적치료효과。결과이십오미산호환조총유효솔위94.55％，대조조총유효솔위74.55％，량조비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）；기중치료조현효솔위54.55％，대조조현효솔위29.09％，량조상비차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.01）。결론이십오미산호환능명현개선신경영양，수복신경공능，시치료긴장성두통적유효방법，가이작위림상치료긴장성두통적상규약물。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tibetan medicine twenty five-ingredient coral pill for the treatment of tension headache.Method From M arch to October in 2012 ,110 cases of tension headache patients were randomly divided into the coral pill group (treatment group)and the conventional treatment group (control group)according to the order of seeing a doctor.The treatment group(55 cases)were treated orally with twenty five-ingredient coral pill ,4 pills(1 g)each time ,once a day.The control group(55 cases)was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules combined with amitriptyline hydrochloride tablets.After four weeks’ treatment ,the clinical effect was observed between the two groups .Result The total efficiency of twenty five-ingredient coral pill in the treatment group was 94.55% ,while that in control group was 74.55% ,which had a statistical significance(P<0.05).The significant efficiencies of the treatment group and the control group were 54.55% and 29.09% respec-tively ,which had a statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion Twenty-five ingredients coral pills could obvious-ly improve the neurotrophy and repair the neurological function ,which was the effective treatment method for ten-sion headache and could be used as a conventional treatment for tension headaches in clinic.
