水文自动测报技术在城市防汛中运用在防汛数据信息的采集、处理、分析决策和决策信息发布等方面。整个系统一般由信息接收处理中心和监测站(主要包括流量站、水位站、降水量站、水面蒸发站、水质站、地下水监测站、水生态站等)组成,对各个监测站点的监测要素进行实时监测。各级部门利用水文监测系统及时、准确地处理防洪信息,提高了城市的防汛能力。

The hydrological telemetry technology is used in the information collection, processing, analysis, decision-making and decision-making information release for urban flood control.
