首先建立公共科技平台收益分配模型，然后以湖南省公共科技平台为例进行实证研究。研究结果表明，在市场机制一定的条件下，公共科技平台组织公平度的大小取决于公共产品属性、平台服务水平和政府投资贡献率等政策因素的作用，同时，不同类型的公共科技平台各类政策的效果也不同。
首先建立公共科技平檯收益分配模型，然後以湖南省公共科技平檯為例進行實證研究。研究結果錶明，在市場機製一定的條件下，公共科技平檯組織公平度的大小取決于公共產品屬性、平檯服務水平和政府投資貢獻率等政策因素的作用，同時，不同類型的公共科技平檯各類政策的效果也不同。
