为塑造军校学员健康人格，采用抽样调查方法，对某院校学员的心理健康水平进行了测试．测试结果表明：人格有偏差的占总调查人数的50%，其中轻度偏差占38.7%，中度偏差占11.1%，重度偏差占0.2%．据此，提出了加大军校体育课程建设力度、完善教员素质结构、营造浓厚军事体育文化氛围、融合现代信息技术等军校体育文化的发展方略．

For shaping the military academy cadets’healthy personality, this article investigates the cadets’ psychological health level for a certain academy by sampling survey. The test results indicate that those who have a disturbed personality account for 50%of total survey, including the mild-to-moderate ones for 38.7%, the mild ones for 11.1% and the severe ones for 0.2%. Hereby, it is suggested that the development strategies should be planned well as a whole, which include reinforcing the construction of PE curriculum in military academies , improving the structure of teachers’quality , creating the strong atmosphere of military sports culture, and merging the modern information technologies and etc.
