为全面了解某型汽油机在最大工作状态下其活塞表面的温度场分布情况,为其结构改进和相应零件的强度计算及寿命分析提供数据支撑,采用不可逆示温涂料测量了其活塞在最大转速工况下的表面温度。试验测试结果表明:喷涂在活塞表面的不可逆示温涂料在高温、高速和冷却润滑油环境中附着牢靠,成功地录取了整个活塞的表面温度及温度场分布。
為全麵瞭解某型汽油機在最大工作狀態下其活塞錶麵的溫度場分佈情況,為其結構改進和相應零件的彊度計算及壽命分析提供數據支撐,採用不可逆示溫塗料測量瞭其活塞在最大轉速工況下的錶麵溫度。試驗測試結果錶明:噴塗在活塞錶麵的不可逆示溫塗料在高溫、高速和冷卻潤滑油環境中附著牢靠,成功地錄取瞭整箇活塞的錶麵溫度及溫度場分佈。

In order to fully understand the piston surface temperature field distribution of a gasoline engine in the maximum working conditions and provide data support for the structural improvement and the intensity calculation and life analysis of cor-responding parts ,the surface temperature of piston at the maximum load was measured with the irreversible thermopaint .The results show that the irreversible thermopaint attaches to the surface of piston securely under the lubrication environment of high temperature ,high speed and cooling and can record the surface temperature of the whole piston and its distribution .
