增压器压气机叶轮工作过程中气动压力载荷、热载荷和离心载荷会对叶轮的应力产生影响,针对该问题,利用流-热耦合方法建立了压气机叶轮流-热耦合计算模型;进行了压气机叶轮流-热耦合计算,得到了压气机叶轮工作过程中受到的气体压力载荷和热载荷;利用得到的气体压力载荷和热载荷进行了气体压力载荷、热载荷和离心载荷作用下的压气机叶轮应力计算,对比研究了气体压力载荷、热载荷和离心载荷对压气机叶轮应力状态的影响程度。
增壓器壓氣機葉輪工作過程中氣動壓力載荷、熱載荷和離心載荷會對葉輪的應力產生影響,針對該問題,利用流-熱耦閤方法建立瞭壓氣機葉輪流-熱耦閤計算模型;進行瞭壓氣機葉輪流-熱耦閤計算,得到瞭壓氣機葉輪工作過程中受到的氣體壓力載荷和熱載荷;利用得到的氣體壓力載荷和熱載荷進行瞭氣體壓力載荷、熱載荷和離心載荷作用下的壓氣機葉輪應力計算,對比研究瞭氣體壓力載荷、熱載荷和離心載荷對壓氣機葉輪應力狀態的影響程度。

In order to analyze the influences of pneumatic pressure load ,thermal load and centrifugal load on impeller stress during the course of turbocharger compressor ,the flow-heat coupling model of impeller was built with the flow-heat coupling method .With the model ,the coupling calculation of impeller flow-heat was conducted and the gas pressure load and thermal load were acquired .Then the stresses of compressor impeller under the conditions of gas pressure load ,thermal load and cen-trifugal load and their influences on stress state were calculated and compared .
