针对内燃机主轴承工作可靠性问题，提出了主轴承承载特性研究方法，采用标定工况下单缸爆发时各个主轴承承载合力分配和主轴承承载压力分布作为评价指标对主轴承承载特性进行了研究，归纳了工况、结构和材料等不同因素对主轴承承载特性的影响规律。为以提高主轴承结构可靠性为目的的内燃机结构设计提供了一定的依据和手段。

For the reliability of internal combustion engine main bearing ,a study method for main bearing load characteristics was proposed .Based on the resultant force of each main bearing and the distribution of main bearing loading pressure under sin-gle cylinder explosion in rated operating condition ,the load characteristics of main bearing were researched .The influences of working condition ,structure and material on load characteristic were summarized ,which provided the reference and method for the structure design of ICE aiming to improve the engine main bearing reliability .
