借助Fluent动网格技术模拟振动时翅片附近流场与温度场分布,分析了入口风速及振动参数对空气流动与温度场特性的影响,进而讨论了翅片振动强化传热的规律和机理。结果表明:振动能对流场产生扰动,促使气流沿百叶窗通道流动,并有利于翅片间干扰型热尾迹的形成,从而减薄流动和传热边界层,改善传热性能;而强化传热效果与振动速度正相关,频率的影响大于振幅,随着风速的增大,其效果先增后减。

The influences of entrance wind velocity and vibration parameters on air flow and temperature field characteristic were analyzed by simulating the vibrated flow and temperature field distribution around louvered-fins with the dynamic mesh method of Fluent and the law and mechanism of heat transfer enhancement by vibration were discussed .The results showed that the vibration could disturb the flow field distribution to help air flow to flow along the louver passage ,leading to the crea-tion of intra-fin thermal wake .As a consequence ,the heat and flow boundary layer thinned and the heat transfer performance improved .Moreover ,the heat transfer enhancement and vibration velocity showed a positive correlation and the frequency had a relatively greater influence than the amplitude .With the increase of wind velocity ,the heat transfer enhancement increased first and then decreased .
