海洋产业涉及国民经济方方面面，产业间的关系错综复杂。采用灰色关联分析方法和投入产出方法，从海洋产业内部和海陆产业间两个角度来分析海洋产业关联及波及效应，以探究海洋产业发展的规律。研究发现，海洋产业发展的协调性总体较高，对其他国民经济行业的波及效应较大；海洋经济外向性程度较高，出口的生产诱导作用较大，产业生产也主要依赖出口；位于产业链不同位置的海洋产业对国民经济行业的波及效果不同，海洋油气业、海洋电力业、海洋交通运输业等对国民经济的支持作用较大，而海洋船舶工业、海洋工程建筑业等对国民经济其他部门的需求拉动作用较大。

Marine industries, related to all aspects of national economy, have complicated interactions between each other. This paper analyzed the correction effect and spread effect of marine industies,from the two views of inner marine industries and marine-land industries used the methods of Gray Correlation and Input-output, in order to detect the developmental rule of marine industries. The study finds that the overall coordination of marine industries is relatively high, and have strong spread effect to the other national industries; marine economy is export-oriented economy,exportation has strong induction effect to production,and production rely a lot on external trade;different marine industry lied in different position of industrial chain has different spread effect to the national industries; offshore oil and gas industry,marine electric power industry,marine transportation and communication industry,have made strong supportive effect to national economy,and marine ship-building industry and marine engineering architecture industry play a strong driving role to the other national industries.
