随着社会进步与现代经济的飞速发展，高职院校如雨后春笋般应运而生，且越来越受到国家政府的关注与认可，高职院校旨在培养高素质技能型应用型人才，要实现这一培养目标，提高教学管理质量至关重要。本人结合自身从事专业秘书兼专业主任助理的工作经历，阐述了高职院校教学管理内涵，对目前高职院校教学管理现状与存在问题进行了深入剖析，提出了提高高职院校教学管理质量的有效措施。

With the rapid development of modern society and economy, higher vocational col eges emerge like bamboo shoots, which receives a great deal of attention and the complete-recognition by the national government. Higher vocational colleges aim at cultivating high-quality skil ed talents, as a result of which it is of vital necessity to improve teaching management quality. Based on the experiences as teaching secretary and director assistant, the author describes the basic contents of the teaching management in higher vocational col eges, analyzes its current situation and problems, and puts forward some effective measures on improving teaching management.
