高职院校职业指导的任务是帮助高职生找到最符合自身特性的工作岗位,也就是实现人与职的最佳匹配。而特性-因素论的焦点就是人-职匹配。本文基于特性-因素论,就如何对高职生进行职业指导提出了三个基本步骤:心理测量、职业因素分析、人-职匹配,最后论述了高职院校职业指导的重要性。

The target of vocational guidance in vocational colleges is to help the students to find the best position,which suits their own features, that is to achieve the best person& vocation match. And the focus of Feature-Factors Theory is the person& vocation match. Based on the Feature-Factors Theory, this paper has put forward three basic procedures on how to do vocational guidance for vocational college students, psychological measurement, occupational factors analysis, and person&vocation match. In the last part, the role of vocational guidance in vocational col eges has been discussed.
