基于某4缸直喷增压柴油机设计了3种不同缩口率和径深比的燃烧室,通过C FD软件对其进行数值模拟,并通过试验研究了3种燃烧室形状对柴油机排放特性的影响。结果表明:较小的径深比和较大的缩口率有利于减少NOx 排放,但是不利于soot的氧化;较小缩口率燃烧室与较小进气涡流比匹配有利于减少NOx 排放。模拟结果与试验结果变化趋势相同,1号燃烧室具有较为折中的排放特性。

Three combustion chambers with different diameter/depth ratios and necking ratios for a 4-cylinder direct-injection turbocharged diesel engine were designed and simulated based on the CFD software .Throughout the experiment ,the influence of combustion chamber shape on diesel engine emission was researched .The results showed that the smaller diameter/depth ra-tio and the larger necking ratio are beneficial to NO x reduction ,but bad for soot oxidation .The smaller swirl ratio matched with the smaller necking ratio is helpful to reduce NO x emission .The simulated and experimental results have the same trend and 1#combustion chamber can realize the compromise of emission .
