目的:通过门诊满意度的评价,为门诊质量管理决策提供依据.方法:采用TOPSIS法综合评价各诊室医生的诊断技术、服务态度、举止相貌、卫生环境、等候环境、收费情况.结果:根据运算,诊室5的得分最高,其余的依次为诊室1,3,4,和2.结论:该方法适用于门诊研究,可以为门诊的管理决策提供依据.

Objective:To provide the basis for outpatient quality management decisions by evaluation of outpatient satisfaction. Methods:Taking TOPSIS method to evaluate each clinic doctor`s diagnostic technology, service attitude, demeanor looks, health environment, pending environmental and charges. Results:The highest score according to the operation, consulting room 5 is first, the rest of the order of the consulting room 1, 3,4 and 5.Conclusions:The method is suitable for out-patient study, can provide the basis for outpatient management decisions.
