目的:观察白术多糖(PAM )对小鼠Kupffer细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 PAM 体外作用于正常Kupffer细胞,以吞噬中性红 A540、分泌NO和TNF-α的量以及LDH漏出量评价其免疫功能及细胞受损害情况。小鼠ig PAM后,检测Kupffer细胞的上述指标及胞内酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性及血清ALT和GST。结果 PAM 增强Kupffer细胞对中性红吞噬作用、增加ACP活性及NO和TNF-α的产生。PAM在体外不增加肝实质细胞LDH漏出,对sALT和sGST 的活性没有影响。结论 PAM 可激活Kupffer细胞免疫功能,增强机体抵抗能力。

목적:관찰백술다당(PAM )대소서Kupffer세포면역공능적영향。방법 PAM 체외작용우정상Kupffer세포,이탄서중성홍 A540、분비NO화TNF-α적량이급LDH루출량평개기면역공능급세포수손해정황。소서ig PAM후,검측Kupffer세포적상술지표급포내산성린산매(ACP)활성급혈청ALT화GST。결과 PAM 증강Kupffer세포대중성홍탄서작용、증가ACP활성급NO화TNF-α적산생。PAM재체외불증가간실질세포LDH루출,대sALT화sGST 적활성몰유영향。결론 PAM 가격활Kupffer세포면역공능,증강궤체저항능력。
Objective To observe the influence of polysaccharide of A tractylodes macrocephala Koidz (PAM ) on the immunologic function of mice Kupffer cells .Methods Normal mice Kupffer cells were treated with PAM in vitro .Absorbance at 540 nm (A540 ) of neutral red absorption and supernatant NO ,TNF-αin the cells were measured to evaluate the immunologic function of Kupffer cells ;LDH leakage was measured to estimate the severity of cellular damage .The above indices and ACP of Kupffer cells and sGST and sALT activity were measured after mice were given PAM in vivo .Results PAM markedly enhanced the phagocytic activity ,ACP and supernatant NO ,TNF-αof Kupffer cells both in vitro and in vivo .The LDH leakage of the hepatocytes and the sGST and sALT activity were not increased in vitro .Conclusion PAM with suitable dose could activate the function of Kupffer cells .PAM could improve the body's resistance to disease and has a practical application in the treatment of immunodeficiency dis-ease ,cancer and other diseases .
