目的:研究大蓟炒炭后对不同出血模型小鼠的出血时间和凝血时间的影响,探讨大蓟炭止血的药理作用机制。方法昆明小鼠随机分成空白对照组、肝素钠模型组、肝素钠模型阳性组、肝素钠模型用药组、华法林模型组、华法林模型用药组、华法林模型阳性组。连续给药3d后,采用小鼠断尾法和毛细玻璃管法分别测量各组小鼠尾部出血时间及凝血时间。结果肝素钠模型用药组和华法林模型用药组的出血与凝血时间均显著小于肝素钠模型组和华法林模型组,具极显著作用。结论大蓟炭止血作用可能与其能拮抗肝素钠对凝血酶的抑制作用以及大蓟炭可能具有的类维生素K作用有关。

목적:연구대계초탄후대불동출혈모형소서적출혈시간화응혈시간적영향,탐토대계탄지혈적약리작용궤제。방법곤명소서수궤분성공백대조조、간소납모형조、간소납모형양성조、간소납모형용약조、화법림모형조、화법림모형용약조、화법림모형양성조。련속급약3d후,채용소서단미법화모세파리관법분별측량각조소서미부출혈시간급응혈시간。결과간소납모형용약조화화법림모형용약조적출혈여응혈시간균현저소우간소납모형조화화법림모형조,구겁현저작용。결론대계탄지혈작용가능여기능길항간소납대응혈매적억제작용이급대계탄가능구유적류유생소K작용유관。
Objective To study the hemostatic effect on different mice of bleeding model in order to reveal the hemostatic basis of carbonized Cirsium japonicum DC ..Methods Kunming mice were randomly divided into seven groups :blank control group ,hep-arin sodium control group ,heparin sodium positive control group ,heparin sodium group of carbonized Cirsium j aponicum DC ,war-farin control group ,warfarin positive control group and warfarin group of carbonized Cirsium japonicum DC .Each group received an oral administration for three consecutive days .An hour after the last oral administration ,the bleeding and coagulating time of each mouse was checked by tail-cutting and capillary tube method .Results The bleeding and coagulating time of heparin sodium group of carbonized Cirsium japonicum DC .and warfarin group of carbonized Cirsium japonicum DC .were significantly shorter than that of heparin sodium and warfarin control groups .Conclusion The hemostatic effect of carbonized Cirsium japonicum may be related to vitamin K-like effect or antagonizing heparin sodium effect .
