目的:观察中药复方胶囊(YSYN)对大鼠多发性脑梗死痴呆(MID)的疗效及作用机制。方法于左侧颈外动脉注入复合血栓诱导剂,复制多发性脑梗死痴呆模型。采用Morris水迷宫法进行学习记忆测试;采用酶联免疫法测定海马组织去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平;采用比色法测定海马组织乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)、乙酰胆碱转移酶(CHAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平。结果 YSYN能够显著提高多发性脑梗死痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力(P<0.05);显著降低多发性脑梗死痴呆大鼠海马组织AchE含量,提高多发性脑梗死痴呆大鼠海马组织CHAT、NE及GSH-Px含量(P<0.05~0.01)。结论 YSYN能够显著改善多发性脑梗死痴呆大鼠的学习记忆功能,对MID具有较好的保护作用,其作用机制可能是通过调节海马组织内NE、Ach(乙酰胆碱)及GS H (谷胱甘肽)的活性来实现的。

목적:관찰중약복방효낭(YSYN)대대서다발성뇌경사치태(MID)적료효급작용궤제。방법우좌측경외동맥주입복합혈전유도제,복제다발성뇌경사치태모형。채용Morris수미궁법진행학습기억측시;채용매련면역법측정해마조직거갑신상선소(NE)수평;채용비색법측정해마조직을선담감지매(AchE)、을선담감전이매(CHAT)화곡광감태과양화물매(GSH-Px)수평。결과 YSYN능구현저제고다발성뇌경사치태대서학습기억능력(P<0.05);현저강저다발성뇌경사치태대서해마조직AchE함량,제고다발성뇌경사치태대서해마조직CHAT、NE급GSH-Px함량(P<0.05~0.01)。결론 YSYN능구현저개선다발성뇌경사치태대서적학습기억공능,대MID구유교호적보호작용,기작용궤제가능시통과조절해마조직내NE、Ach(을선담감)급GS H (곡광감태)적활성래실현적。
Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese herbal compound caspsules (YSYN ) on the model rats of multi-infarct dementia(MID) and its mechanism .Methods The multi-infarct dementia model was induced by injecting compound thrombosis in-ducer into the external carotid artery .Morris water maze test was used to evaluate the abilities of learning-memory ;the level of norepinephrine(NE) in hippocampal tissue were assayed by using enzyme-linked immunsorbent ;the levels of acetylcholinesterase (AchE) ,cholinacetyltrans-ferase(CHAT) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in the hippocampal tissue were assayed by using colorimetry .Results The YSYN could significantly improved the abilities of learning-memory in MID rats(P<0 .05);descreased the level of AchE in hippocampal tissue ,increased the level of CHAT ,NE and GSH-Px in hippocampal tissue(P<0 .05-0 .01) . Conclusion The YSYN could significantly improved the abilities of learning-memory in MID rats ,has a good protective effect on MID rats ;its mechanism may be related to adjusting the level of NE ,AchE ,CHAT and GSH-Px in hippocampal tissue .
